Ask any of our customers what keeps them coming back and they might tell you that it's because we serve breakfast all day, or the Hot Beef Sandwich special or the hand pattied burgers, or the homemade mashed potatoes (we leave a few lumps, just so you know they're the real deal). But one thing they'll all agree on is that the food is fresh, comforting and always satisfies. We continue the tradition that the Ness brothers, who opened this restaurant in 1912, started which is to put the utmost care in the meals we're preparing and the food will speak for itself. As former owner and current part-time employee, Diane Hoeft says, "We'll never change the name, and we'll always make everything homemade."
